Event Space & Catering Information • Complimentary room rental for up to 4 hours with a catered food order • All catering events require a 20-person minimum • Room rental without catered food: $250 per hour • Additional room rental hours with a catered food order: $125 per hour • A 25% event service fee is applied to all event space rentals. This fee covers the full coordination and execution of your event, including all planning and communication leading up to the event, preparation and setup of the space, dedicated event staff, service throughout your event, and full cleanup/breakdown of the space. Includes white linens for table, royal blue linen roll ups, plates and cups.
